Today, March 26th, is Chocolate Day! And of course we couldn’t pass this date without a proper celebration. But special dates or not, we all have those days that only chocolate can save. So, I am giving you my secret recipe for the Healthiest Chocolate Mousse in the World, it is so easy and simple that it doesn’t even deserve the name recipe. And I promise, it is delicious!


2 ripped bananas

1 teaspoon of coconut oil

1 teaspoon of raw cacao powder

1 teaspoon of maca powder

1/2 teaspoon of raw cacao nibs

A few raspberries

Put the bananas, coconut oil, cacao powder and maca powder in the food processor and blend until you have a creamy consistency. I don’t usually put any sweetener, if the bananas are ripped it is enough for me, but taste it and if you want you can add your sweetener of choice (1 medjool date, agave nectar, maple syrup…) and process again.

Add the raw cacao nibs and stir well with a spoon. Decorate with raspberries. Et voila! Eat slowly and savour while your heartaches and problems seem to vanish…I tell you, this mousse is the bomb! ♡
