Recipe: (serves 2)

6 fuyu persimmons

4 oranges

1 teaspoon of  chopped ginger

1 Tablespoon of hemp seeds

Juice the oranges. Chop the persimmons. Put the juice together with the persimmons, ginger and hemp seeds in the blender and blend away.  Fast, easy and delicious smoothie to start your day.
