Raw Buckwheat Porridge | The Blissful Life

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup of buckwheat
  • 1/2 cup of brazil nuts
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon of bee pollen
  • 1/2 tablespoon of raw cacao nibs
  • 1/2 tablespoon of maca powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon of raw cacao powder
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 10 cherries pitted

Soak the buckwheat and the brazil nuts overnight. Place all ingredients, except the cherries, in a blender and process until smooth. You can add more water until you achieve the desired consistency. Serve in a bowl and top with the pitted cherries and sprinkle with bee pollen and raw cacao nibs.
