I bought a lot of delicious avocados last weekend and this has been my favorite snack and quick dinner solution for the past few days.
– 4 chestnut organic crackers
– 2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds spread
– 1/2 avocado sliced
– 1 tablespoon of gomasio
– 1 tablespoon of dried seaweed mix (nori, dulse and wakame)
